For founders who care about their brand and want to give it the attention it deserves.

Most young teams do not need a full agency. They need one person who knows the brand inside out and turns every decision in the same direction.

Early stage startups

Teams getting ready for a launch, a funding round or the next stage of growth.

Teams without a brand lead

Founders who look after the brand alongside everything else and want to leave it in safe hands.

Brands entering a new market

Companies taking an existing brand abroad and wanting it to speak the local language there without losing who it is.

Three ways to work together.

Each package matches a stage of the brand. All of them start with a short call, and the price is shaped by what your brand actually needs.

Hi, I am Kübra. I help every brand speak in its own voice.

Kübra Tunca

I have been working inside brands for six years. My path started in sales and marketing and grew into operations and brand management. Today I am a co-founder of Rebel Co. Group, and I have been part of managing more than thirty five brands in four countries, from hospitality to industry. I know the agency world from the inside. That is why I offer you one point of contact, with a full team behind me when needed.

For me, entrepreneurship is a habit rather than a title. Building something new has always excited me. Even while growing Rebel Co. Group, I keep launching my own digital products and content projects outside working hours. When things get hard, I do not stop. I rebuild the plan and keep going. That is what I bring to the brands I work with most of all: when things do not go to plan, quickly building a new one and staying on target.

I studied Business Administration at Istanbul University and deepened my work through training in brand management. I use AI as a natural part of my work, from research and content to building my own tools and websites. For the brands I work with, this means a faster and leaner process.

  • I listen firstI do not make a single decision before I understand the brand's story and where it wants to go.
  • One point of contactNo agency overhead, but the strength of an agency. You work directly with me from start to finish, with a full team behind me when needed.
  • Speed and care togetherAI brings the speed, the decisions always stay with you and me.

What does a brand manager do for a startup?

A brand manager keeps the brand clear and consistent. They define how the company describes itself, guide how it looks, and make sure the website, the deck, the content and the campaigns all tell the same story.

How is this different from working with an agency?

At an agency, your work passes through the hands of a team. With an independent brand manager, one person looks after your brand from start to finish. That makes the process faster, more personal and less costly. When needed, the team of Rebel Co. Group, which I co-founded, steps in as production power, and I stay your point of contact.

Do you work with companies outside Türkiye?

Yes. I work remotely, in English, with founders from all over the world.

When is the right time to invest in brand management?

Usually before a launch, a funding round or a move into a new market. Those are the moments when a clear brand makes the biggest difference.

What do I need to prepare before we start?

Nothing formal. A short call and a few materials you already have, like your deck or website, are enough to begin.

Let's talk about your brand.
